The Sixth Chung Shan Road

We all got our memories in mind. Our child, our school life, our first date... have built up and shaped ourselves at present.

This is my mom's memory, for a building (actually there are 3 buildings in the photo, the building mentioned here is on the left) with almost 50 years in Guangzhou, China. The building has already witnessed countless historical incidents there: World War II (The Second Sino-Japanese War), Civil War in China, the hand-over of Parties in 1949... the collapse of traditional value, and the darkest period of China...

It was a traditional Canton Style building, in which it is the home of rich people, 50 years ago.

Peaceful Sunset

I'm always eager to take a good photo in my living area, especially the Shing Mun River. Shatin, is a mature, well planned and well-developed district. But I never imagine I can take such a sunset photo in Shing Mun River. Magic !
